TERMS & CONDITIONS OF BOOKINGS

Pristine Event Planners is event planners which is realy flexible for making any arrangements. For more specific information regarding our company's term and condition as follow:

Confirm booking
Booking will confirm by once the client agree with the wedding quotation with cost estimation and signing the quotation as well return it by fax/ email. Or for urgent matter it confirm by phone.

Booking will process after the clients settle the 50% deposit and fill in the wedding form and send it back to Pristine Event Planners.

Be aware that all clients of Pristine Event Planners will be asked to sign the agreement form and credit card authorization form which will allow Pristine Event Planners to charge the card for damage and any additional charges that the clients incur whilst at the villa/ hotels  or in other case, Pristine Event Planners require security deposit from USD 500- USD 1.000 (refundable).

At the end of the party/event, Pristine Event Planners will ask you to sign the Guest comment form as authorization for Pristine Event Planners to put client’s picture for promotion in the future.

Payments
All rates are quote in USD (except the special arrangement) inclusive of tax and subject to change without prior notice.

Rates is not valid before signing the contract.

For last minute booking (within 1 week or less prior to arrival) full payment upon arrival or meeting service in a form cash.

As confirmation, a deposit of 50% from the total amount must be submitted to Pristine Event Planners Bank Account or by Credit Card (VISA or Master Card with 3,5% bank fee and 1,5% administration fee) latest by Seven (7) working days/ one week after the relevant invoice and payment instructions have been given to the wedding client. If a deposit is not received within this time, the booking will be automatically cancelled.

Balance payment required to hold client’s arrangements on definite basis. This balance payment is due on the date certifies on the invoice and to be transfer to Bank Account certifies on the invoice.

Balance payment for wedding arrangement is required 30-14 days prior to arrival (45 days for Christmas/ New Year bookings) or immediately if booking is made less than 30 days prior to arrival (or 45 days in the case of Christmas/ New Years bookings).

Balance payment for villa arrangement is required 50 days prior to arrival (60 days for Christmas/New Year bookings) or immediately if booking is made less than 30 days prior to arrival (or 45 days in the case of Christmas/New Years bookings).

Extra fee is applicable at USD 100.00 for wedding and event fall on Sunday and public holiday (based on Indonesian calendar)

Extra fee is applicable for venue outside of SOUTH Bali ( Kuta, Sanur, Nusa Dua, Jimbaran, Uluwatu )

If you decide to use Pristine Event Planners then the following will apply,
- You will need to return a signed copy of the contract with a 50% deposit of the Co-ordination fee.
- Arrangement for the event will be processed when a down payment of 50% is received on the total estimated amount.
- The remainder of the total balance must be settled 14 (fourteen) days prior to the event.

No services from Pristine Event Planners or its vendors will be guaranteed unless payment is received

CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event of cancellation submitted within,
- Less than 90 days of the event, a cancellation fee at the amount of 50% of the total down payment shall be applied
- Less than 60 days of the event, a cancellation fee at the amount of 70% of the total down payment shall be applied
- Less than 30 days of the event or no show, no refundable for the down payment
